Getting here, and getting in
The practice is in Miami, on the fourth floor, with garage parking on the side street and step-level access from both the lobby and the garage lift. There is no front desk — you will get a text about fifteen minutes before your appointment with a link that opens the door. If anything about that does not work, the intercom by the door reaches a person.

What happens when you arrive
Written out in full, because a practice without a receptionist has to answer these before you get here rather than when you arrive.
Parking
There is parking on site and no validation is needed. Use it rather than metered street parking — an appointment under sedation runs longer than a meter allows, and you will not be driving yourself out.
Finding the entrance
Suite 306, on the third floor. The lobby door is on Aventura Boulevard, there is step-level access, and the lift serves every floor.
Checking in
There is no front desk. You will get a text about fifteen minutes before your appointment with an "I'm here" link — tap it when you arrive and the door will let you in with a six-digit code. If anything about that does not work, press the intercom by the door and someone will open it. That is not a fallback we are shy about; it is how it is designed to work.
If you are bringing someone
For a sedation appointment you must. An adult needs to drive you home and stay with you for the first few hours. There is seating for one person in the suite; for longer procedures there are cafés within a short walk.
If you are under 18
A parent or legal guardian has to attend and sign, and must stay in the building for the whole appointment. We cannot treat a minor who arrives alone, and no door code is issued for a minor.
Accessibility
The entrance is accessible, there is lift access to the third floor, and there is an accessible restroom on the floor. If you need anything else arranged in advance, call and say so — we would rather sort it before the day than at the door.
Directions
Driving directions from the neighbourhoods most patients come from, including the ones about traffic that a map will not tell you.
From Aventura5 minutes
The practice is in Aventura, off Aventura Boulevard between Biscayne Boulevard and West Country Club Drive. Coming from the Aventura Mall side, take Aventura Boulevard west; the building is on the north side. Parking is in the garage rather than on the boulevard.
From Sunny Isles Beach8–12 minutes
West on 163rd Street or Sunny Isles Boulevard across the intracoastal, then north on Biscayne Boulevard to Aventura Boulevard. Allow extra time in season — the causeway is the pinch point, not the last mile.
From North Miami Beach10 minutes
North on Biscayne Boulevard (US-1) to Aventura Boulevard, then west. At rush hour, Biscayne usually moves at a steadier pace than the interstate for a hop this short.
From Golden Beach8 minutes
South on Ocean Boulevard to Sunny Isles Boulevard, west across the intracoastal, then north on Biscayne Boulevard. The turn onto Aventura Boulevard is signposted for the hospital district.
From Bal Harbour and Surfside15–20 minutes
North on Collins Avenue through Sunny Isles, then west on Sunny Isles Boulevard and north on Biscayne. Collins is slow on weekends; 163rd Street west to US-1 north is usually the faster line.
From Hallandale Beach8–12 minutes
South on US-1 across the county line — the practice is the first Aventura exit after you cross. From the beach side, Hallandale Beach Boulevard west to US-1, then south.
From Hollywood15–25 minutes
South on I-95 to the Ives Dairy Road or Miami Gardens Drive exit, then east to Biscayne Boulevard and south. Coming down US-1 is slower but more predictable if you are driving someone home after sedation.
